Our Sisters of Linworth Women's Ministry has various Bible studies throughout the week.

MONDAY

Lord Teach Me to Pray - Do you yearn to know how to pray effectively? For the month of February, this prayer group will be using the book Lord Teach me to Pray in 28 Days by Kay Arthur. We will be learning to pray according to the example that Jesus used for his disciples and putting it into practice through prayer time together.

TUESDAY

Young Moms Bible Study Our study is made up of mostly young moms. We seek to continue our walk with Christ and to become better acquainted with Him through the study of His Word. We study different books of the Bible and teachings by authors such as Beth Moore and Carolyn Custis James. Since we are young moms, child care is offered for a small fee.

Tuesday Morning Bible study Our group uses a Bible study guide such as Beth Moore or Vicki Courtney, which we go through at a relaxed pace while discussing practical applications of what we have learned. About every 6 weeks we have a social time instead of our study. We enjoy sharing our thoughts and praying for each other. Many of the women involved are mothers of young children so free childcare is provided here at the church.

Tuesday Afternoon Bible Study

A safe place to study God’s Word, to share doubts, questions, answers, victories, defeats, struggles, and to encourage each other in our faith.

We welcome you to join our group of women who enjoy sharing life together. We pray earnestly for our families and each other as we learn about the love of Jesus through a Bible-intensive study. We are currently going through study's by Beth Moore.

Time: Tuesdays, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

We’d like to welcome any young woman who is looking to meet new people and is interested in learning more about God. If you are post-college age (which is flexible) with a desire to connect regularly with people your age, join us! We have lots of fun and great conversation, too!

Thursday

Coffee Break Bible Study

Come and be enriched through developing close friendships with other women while we study God’s Word, engage in relevant topics, and enjoy some fun activities together. We’d love to have you join us. We are currently studying “Walking by Faith” by Jennifer Rothchild.
